One of our jobs is building close relationships between our client port authorities and logistics decision makers. We know the key players in the industry and meet them personally on a regular basis. Another job is to provide a flow of information about the client port authority to important customers. We are expert in the communications area, developing presentations, speeches, press materials, brochures and newsletters. We organize events, media interviews and personal appointments for visiting executives of the port. We know the transportation media well on a personal basis so that we are able to generate on-going media coverage. Barbara M. Burns was the Representative for North America of the Port of Le Havre Authority, France's largest container port, for nine years from 1994 to 2003.
